Atherstone Alley

located in the inner parts of chester harbor, Atherstone Alley is undoubtedly one of the worse (maybe worst) boroughs of town. the air always smells of gas, nicotine, and alcohol, and most of the apartment buildings are barely livable. there are many apartments all over, as most people who can't really afford much of anything live here. there are houses too, though those are rundown and a rarity. living in Atherstone Alley is far from luxury and comfort, but it’s still a place to live.
