Penndale Terrace

Penndale Terrace isn’t very well known for the houses. not at all. in fact, it's the one place in chester harbor that isn't heavily populated. few people tend to live in this area, but when they do flock to this area, it usually means that they are forced to live in tiny apartments or condos. everything is close, everything anyone could ever want. shops, colleges, tourist sites and more. but it isn't as glamorous and fun as it would seem. the streets are constantly noisy, there is never truly any silence, not even at four o'clock in the morning. this part of chester harbor is always booming and loud and getting a wink of sleep might be a tad bit hard.
