Redwood Heights is a relatively new borough in comparison to the others around Chester Harbor. Originally, it was built as a series of high rises to house the local newspaper and magazine’s offices. Later, lawyers and bankers were drawn in by the reputation the location brought. Hoteliers soon followed in the journalists and lawyers footsteps, building bigger and more opulent buildings in front of the offices and claiming the spotlight. Redwood Heights is busy, full of character, and expensive - but what else would you expect? There's a very elitist feel to Redwood Heights. NO POSTS HERE YET!

Hazeldene Hill is known for their over-the-top homes in a gated community overlooking the entire city. these are the homes of doctors, celebrities, and the megarich. the houses very in matters of upper class wealth, from barely upper class, such as a home of a doctor or a lawyer, to those filthy rich socialites who spend their summers here. you can find a few condominium complexes in Hazeldene Hill, for the newly single or those living on their parents’ money. it’s unlikely you’ll find a person of lower class nosing around the residential area of Hazeldene Hill (unless they’re the help). Dewpoint Grove is known for the rows and rows of identical homes lining the streets. subtle differences in each home to make them all somewhat different. two levels to each home, a sizable front and backyard - many of which have in ground pools and the occasional hot tub. there's public transportation pick ups going into the city on just about every street corner. Every home is well within range of Dewpoint Grove’s rec centre, pharmacy, grocery store, and golf course. There are trails from the homes that lead straight to the park. Dewpoint Grove is one of the safest neighborhoods it reside in, if not the safest of them all.

Penndale Terrace isn’t very well known for the houses. not at all. in fact, it's the one place in chester harbor that isn't heavily populated. few people tend to live in this area, but when they do flock to this area, it usually means that they are forced to live in tiny apartments or condos. everything is close, everything anyone could ever want. shops, colleges, tourist sites and more. but it isn't as glamorous and fun as it would seem. the streets are constantly noisy, there is never truly any silence, not even at four o'clock in the morning. this part of chester harbor is always booming and loud and getting a wink of sleep might be a tad bit hard. known as "the little village", the houses of Chamberlain Ridge line the town's rocky shore. they are narrow, made of crumbling brick, with slightly rusted shingles that hearken back to the cramped houses of seaside european villages. despite their rather unimpressive size, houses in Chamberlain Ridge are highly coveted residences. as such, their prices are exorbitantly high. the streets are thin and cobblestoned. driving is prohibited throughout to encourage the residents of Chamberlain Ridge to mingle and move about, making it one of the most notably social places in Chester Harbor. located in the inner parts of chester harbor, Atherstone Alley is undoubtedly one of the worse (maybe worst) boroughs of town. the air always smells of gas, nicotine, and alcohol, and most of the apartment buildings are barely livable. there are many apartments all over, as most people who can't really afford much of anything live here. there are houses too, though those are rundown and a rarity. living in Atherstone Alley is far from luxury and comfort, but it’s still a place to live.
